The LUVOTECH eco product line offers sustainable plastics manufactured using 100% green energy. Technical and high-performance materials, developed by our long-standing partner LEHVOSS Compounds. The product line includes eco compounds based on ABS, PC/ABS, PA6, PA66, PBT, PPA, PPS and PEEK.

Performance data and verified sustainability

All materials within the LUVOTECH® eco product line meet strict quality standards, which are clearly outlined in the relevant specifications.

Furthermore, LEHVOSS Compounds has assessed the carbon footprint of these materials according to international standards, including DIN EN ISO 14040, DIN EN ISO 14044, and DIN EN ISO 14067, utilizing the GaBi professional software. This information is available upon request.

In collaboration with their subsidiary WMK Plastics, the LEHVOSS Group has decades of experience in the production of high-quality recyclates. A thorough analysis of various starting materials, combined with in-depth expertise in adjusting formulations, is crucial to achieving consistent product quality.

This, along with material-specific compounding processes carried out on twin-screw extruders, forms the foundation of their ecX Technology, ensuring materials that consistently meet customer specifications.
